Lori Harvey and Austin CaldwellDamson Idris have reportedly broken up after just over a year of dating.
"We are at a point in our lives where our individual paths require our full attention and dedication," the skincare founder, 26, and "Snowfall" actor, 32, told The Hollywood Reporter in a joint statement on Tuesday.
The former pair added: "We part ways remaining friends with nothing but love and respect for each other and the time we shared together."
USA TODAY has reached out to reps for Harvey and Idris.
The model and the British actor first sparked romance rumors in December after they were spotted leaving a Hollywood restaurant together.
The following month, Idris posted a photo on his Instagram Story planting a kiss on Harvey's cheek to celebrate her 26th birthday. "Happy Birthday Nunu," he captioned the post, which Harvey reshared.
The duo was also seen walking hand-in-hand out of the model's birthday party.
Harvey – the youngest daughter of Steve Harvey and Marjorie Harvey – later accompanied Idris for their red carpet debut in celebration of the "Snowfall" sixth and final season premiere in February.
In August 2022, the skincare mogul opened up to Teyana Taylor in an interview for Bumble about her dating expectations.
Harvey called it a "green flag" when someone exercises "transparency," adding, "cut the games."

When asked about what makes her feel "empowered" in a relationship, she said, "Not compromising my values, my standards and my requirements. You've got to make sure you're giving (your love) to the right person because when you start giving it to the wrong person it starts to drain you."
"What I wanted at 21, I don't want at 25," she added. "I don't even know her anymore."
Harvey has been linked to Michael B. Jordan, Future, Diddy and was engaged to Memphis Depay. Idris previously dated model Christina Santini.
